safety protocols to align with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) latest
guidelines:
- All donors are required to wear a face
mask regardless of vaccination status.
- Requirements to
Donate:
√ Donation frequency every 8 weeks
√ Good health & feeling well
√ 16 years of age and older (NOTE: parenteral permission required for
16-17
years
of age)
√ Weigh
at least 110 pounds

manage your appointment
